Stevan Jovetic’s proposed move to Arsenal hits another roadblock as close sources suggest that player will sign for Arsenal only if they qualify for next seasons’ Champions League.
Florence-based newspaper La Nazione revealed that Manchester city and Serie A champions Juventus are also closely monitoring the versatile striker and will give tough competition to Arsenal in the Summer transfer window.

Arsenal have already offered 23 million euros for the 23-year-old, but the Gunners fell well short of Fiorentina’s valuation. Jovetic’s team-mate Luca Toni recently warned Montenegrin about a move to Arsenal as he believes they are no more a big club.
Now Arsenal are ready to raise their bid up to €30 million for Jovetic but it is all depends on Champions League qualification.
Jovetic has netted 12 goals in 25 games this season.
