Jokanovic to make 1 huge change – Strongest 4-3-3 Fulham lineup to face Bristol City

Predicted Fulham Lineup To Face Bristol City In EFL Championship

The magnitude of the result against Aston Villa will have little time to sink in before Fulham face Bristol City in midweek. Fulham are about to embark on a series of fixtures that will define their season. Bristol City, Wolves, and Derby lay in the wait for the West Londoners.

If they manage to get through those fixtures in a similar way to how they did against Aston Villa, they could even aim as high as second place. Some would argue that Fulham play the best football in the league but now they will need the results to back it up against the big hitters in the Championship.

Team News

Fulham have no new injury worries ahead of this clash. Liverpool loanee Sheyi Ojo is still working his way back to fitness and he is a doubt but other than that, they are at full strength.

Probable Fulham XI

Formation: 4-3-3

GK – Marcus Bettinelli

The Fulham goalkeeper managed to keep the strong Villa attack at bay and will be confident he can do the same against Bristol City.

LB – Matt Targett

The Southampton loanee has settled well since arriving at Craven Cottage and was excellent in the previous game. He will want a chance to continue his good form here.

CB – Tim Ream

The 30-year-old American is the organiser of this defence and he will want to add to his clean sheet total by the end of the season.

Ryan Fredericks

CB – Tom Kalas

The ex-Chelsea player did an excellent job marshalling Scott Hogan in his last game, and he will be hoping that he can get on the front foot and protect his goalkeeper against Bristol City.

RB – Ryan Fredericks

Fredericks provided the assist for the first goal at the weekend, and the young youth academy product loves to get forward. He will be hoping to deliver quality balls into the box for his strikers.

CM – Oliver Norwood

Stefan Johansen couldn’t get on the ball as much as he would have liked to against Villa, and he may well lose his place in the team to the ever-reliable Oliver Norwood.

CM – Kevin McDonald

The Scotsman is key to the way Fulham play, as he both screens the defence and starts off the attacks. He is not afraid of a tackle and has picked up 8 yellow cards this season.

CM – Tom Cairney

The former Hull and Blackburn player is one of the most skilful ones in this league. There is no doubt he will be playing in the Premier League soon but he will be hoping it is with Fulham.

Tom Cairney

RW – Floyd Ayite

The 29-year-old number 11 from Togo came into the side against Aston Villa and looked a constant threat. He scored against the West Midlands side and will look to do the same here.

ST – Aleksandar Mitrovic

Mitrovic provides Fulham with a different threat, and a player of his quality would be incredibly useful for Jokanovic.

LW – Ryan Sessegnon

It is unbelievable the way that Sessegnon is playing, given to his age. He is only 17 years old, yet he is driving Fulham to the Premier League. Very impressive.
