Johnson to make no changes – Predicted 4-4-2 Bristol City line-up to face Hull City

Predicted Bristol City Line-up To Face Hull City In The EFL Championship

Bristol City are still within touching distance of playoff places but to give themselves the best chance of getting there, they will have to win all of their remaining games.

This will be no easy task as Hull come into this game on a good run of form. They are now safe and are pushing to be as far up the table as possible to build a platform for next season.

Probable Bristol City XI

Manager: Lee Johnson

Formation: 44-2

Frank Fielding (GK)

Fielding has had a mixed bag of performances for Bristol City this season. Let’s hope that he puts in a good performance this weekend.

Lloyd Kelly (LB)

The 19-year-old has done well in the last couple of games and will be hoping to keep his place and continue this form.

Nathan Baker (CB)

The 26-year-old has come into the Bristol squad for the last 3 games and has partnered Flint excellently. He should start.

Bobby Reid

Aden Flint (CB)

Flint has been a mainstay at centre-back for Bristol City this season and has mostly played well at the back. He towers above the strikers and wins most of his aerial duels.

Joe Bryan (RB)

Bryan has had an excellent few games for Bristol City, playing at left-back and right-back in respective games. However, he never really let his performance level drop. He has been solid defensively.

Bobby Reid (LW)

Reid has been fantastic this season for Bristol City and has jumped between playing on the left-wing and playing up front. Wherever he seems to play, he manages to get goals, with 18 goals this season in 43 appearances – a fantastic return.

Korey Smith (CM)

Smith will be looking to improve after a poor showing last time out against Middlesbrough. He will be looking to improve his passing and his general play.

Joe Bryan

Marlon Pack (CM)

The 27-year-old has done well in the last few games. He grabbed an assist against Middlesbrough whilst also breaking up the play well. Will be hoping to keep up this level of performance.

Josh Brownhill (RW)

Brownhill has been in good form this season and works hard for the Robins.

Milan Djuric (ST)

The 27-year-old has not been a permanent fixture in Lee Johnson’s squad this season but has come in over the last few games and has done well.

Famara Diedhiou (ST)

Diedhiou has been in fantastic form this season and is always a danger up top for the Robins. He has 11 goals in 25 appearances and will be hoping to grab a few more before the end of the season.
