Finally, the moment that all the Rangers fans have been waiting for is here. They will get their first chance to see the new Steven Gerrard era at the club take off in their first proper pre-season friendly, against Bury today.

The Scottish midfielder waned off towards the end of the 2017/18 campaign, after beginning positively. A lot is expected from the promising young talent and he will be hoping to deliver in his first full season with the Gers.
The 20-year-old scored the third goal in the win over TNS, after having come on in the second period. Should be given a starting berth in the holding midfield role.
The highly-rated 20-year-old midfielder played no part in the closed-door friendly against TNS but should make his first appearance for the Gers against Bury.
The player with the most number of assists in the 2017/18 Scottish Premiership season, Candeias will be hoping to begin his second season at Ibrox with a solid display on the right flank.
The leading goalscorer for the Light Blues in the previous campaign, Morelos looked bright in the second period against TNS and will look to carry on from where he left off.
