Middlesbrough predicted XI vs Spennymoor Town
Championship outfit Middlesbrough have embarked on their pre-season journey and their next game is against Spennymoor Town. They succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Austrian side Sturm Graz in their previous outing but Tony Pulis and his men must get back on track against Spennymoor.
The manager will have a full-strength squad to choose from and it will also provide a great opportunity for new signings Aden Flint and Paddy McNair to make an impact. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the possible starting XI.

Shotton is expected to complete the defence at right-back.
Paddy McNair (DM)
McNair is a brilliant signing for Middlesbrough and the former Manchester United sensation must receive a start against Spennymoor.

Leadbitter is one of Boro’s most reliable players and he must strive to forge a solid partnership with McNair.
Adama Traore (RW)

Bamford is a striker by trade but he could be deployed in this role. He has a creative streak in his style of play which could lead to several scoring opportunities for Pulis’ men.

Johnson can be a formidable presence on the left-wing. His footwork and dribbling abilities are impeccable and he could be a crucial player for the club.
