[Image] Predicted 4-3-3 Liverpool XI to face Burnley – Chamberlain back in the line-up?

Burnley vs Liverpool Prediction: Liverpool line-up

Liverpool will be visiting Turf Moor on Saturday as the current league leaders and will be confident after getting a big result at the weekend against Arsenal.

The most important takeaway would’ve been the performance as Liverpool did look a bit leggy in games prior to the one at the weekend. However, they looked like their usual self-assured selves again against Arsenal.

Turf Moor isn’t an easy place to visit as Burnley, on their day, are one of the most difficult opposition to break down in the Premier League and there’s also an in-form Ashley Barnes to worry about.

Team News

Naby Keita will be nursing the muscle injury he suffered prior to the Super Cup game. Alisson continues to recover from his calf injury and it could take another month before we probably see him back in action.

Predicted Liverpool XI

Formation – 4-3-3

Adrian (GK)

Adrian has been the story of Liverpool’s season so far and keeps his place between the sticks.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (RB)

He continues to impress going forward despite a few questions about his defensive positioning.

Joel Matip (CB)

Last week’s goalscorer, the Cameroonian is criminally underrated and should start this game.

Virgil van Dijk (CB)

This one’s a given and he’ll have to make sure that Wood and Barnes are never in the game.

Andy Robertson (LB)

Another no-brainer, Robertson will be hoping he can chip in with some assists.

Fabinho (CDM)

He’s made that holding midfield position his own and deserves to keep it after a fantastic game against the Gunners.

Jordan Henderson (RCM)

The captain will be hoping that he can rally his troops to a comfortable win.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (LCM)

This is the perfect opportunity for the Englishman to get off the mark against a stubborn Burnley defence.

Mohamed Salah (RW)

No doubt that the Egyptian will be looking to add on to his brace from last week.

Roberto Firmino (ST)

They aren’t the same side without him in the team. He makes everyone better.

Sadio Mane (LW)

An absolute nightmare to play against, his individual ability will help Liverpool unlock Burnley.
