Predicted Derby County XI to face Brighton in the FA Cup
Derby County are coming into the game on the back of a tight 1-0 victory over lower league side Accrington Stanley in the 5th round of the historic FA Cup tournament.
They will now be travelling to the Amex stadium to take on Chris Hughton’s Brighton side who boast a much more experienced squad as well as the reputation that comes with being a Premier League side.
Lampard’s tactics and ideologies for this game have to be spot on if they are to progress to the latter stages of this tournament. Having already ousted Southampton in round 3, they will be quite confident that they can pull off a surprise win against Brighton.
Team News
Both Curtis Davies and Craig Forsyth have been ruled out at least until the end of the current season while Mason Mount and Marcus Olsson are both expected to return only later in the month.
Scott Carson remains sidelined as well with a thigh problem while Jack Marriott is a doubt for this clash despite his recent return to full training.
