Predicted Leicester City line-up to face Fulham in the Premier League

Leicester City picked up an important win against Watford in the Premier League this weekend after a couple of mediocre performances before. Claude Puel’s side finally got their much-needed win and will be aiming to maintain their momentum against Fulham.

The Foxes travel to Craven Cottage to take on Claudio Ranieri’s side who are on the back of a loss against Chelsea. The manager takes on his former club and he will surely receive a warm reception for what he’s achieved at the club.

Team News

Harry Maguire and Rachid Ghezzal are still out injured at the moment and will not be available for this game as well. Matty James is the only other long-term absentee in the Leicester side. Claude Puel is expected to make a few changes as well.

Probable Leicester City XI

Manager: Claude Puel

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Kasper Schmeichel (GK)

The Dane will surely keep his place between the sticks given that he has done a splendid job so far.

Ricardo Pereira (RB)

The right-back will continue to raid down the flank and cause all sorts of problems for the Cottagers.

Wes Morgan (CB)

With Maguire still out injured, Morgan should continue at the back for the Foxes. The Jamaican did well in the last game.

Jonny Evans (CB)

Evans has been an able partner to Morgan at the back. He too will keep his place for this game.

Ben Chilwell (LB)

Chilwell has been a massive presence at the back for the Foxes this season. He is surely their most consistent defender as well.

Vicente Iborra (RCM)

Iborra should return to the line-up for this game in place of Nampalys Mendy.

Wilfred Ndidi (LCM)

Ndidi’s work rate was very good as he chased down everything in the midfield against the Hornets. He will keep his place.

Marc Albrighton (RAM)

Did well to pick an assist last time out. His whipping deliveries are so dangerous in the final third and Fulham have to be wary of the same.

James Maddison (CAM)

Scored a good goal and now seems to be in good form as well. He will sit behind the striker and dictate the play.

Kelechi Iheanacho (LAM)

The Nigerian should come into the side for Demarai Gray. His pace will cause all sorts of problems at the back for the Cottagers.

Jamie Vardy (ST)

Back to back goals for Jamie Vardy now, though both have come from the spot. He will continue to lead the line.
