Predicted Fulham line-up to face Leicester City in the Premier League

Fulham will be aiming to get back to winning ways after losing to Chelsea when they face Leicester City at Craven Cottage in an interesting Premier League game this Wednesday night. Claudio Ranieri’s men lost their previous game to the Blues 2-0 at Stamford Bridge and they will be aiming to get out of the relegation zone.

Leicester City, meanwhile are coming into this game after an impressive 2-0 win at home to Watford. Hence, it won’t be easy for the Cottagers to get three points this midweek.

Team News

Kevin McDonald and Andre Anguissa are injury doubts for this game, while Andre Schurrle is out for this week due to a muscular problem.

Probable Fulham XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Claudio Ranieri

Sergio Rico (GK)

The Spaniard has done well in the past few games, making crucial saves to keep the team alive in games.

Cyrus Christie (RB)

The Irishman needs to improve defensively if he is to become the first-choice at right-back for Fulham.

Denis Odoi (CB)

Odoi has been impressive at centre-back and his partnership is getting better with Alfie Mawson, game after game.

Alfie Mawson (CB)

The summer signing is doing a good job for the team after returning from a long-term injury. He looks good alongside Odoi.

Maxime Le Marchand (LB)

Le Marchand has been decent at left-back apart from a few glitchy moments. He should start this game.

Calum Chambers

Calum Chambers (CM)

The loanee from Arsenal has done a good job in central midfield. He is a vital player for the Cottagers.

Jean Michael Seri (CM)

Seri has proper quality in central midfield but he needs to take lesser time on the ball. He will learn sooner than later.

Tom Cairney (CAM)

The captain is a key player for them. His ball retention in tight areas to create space for others is fruitful.

Ryan Sessegnon (LW)

The youngster’s best position right now is left-wing. His forward runs and quality in the final third are fantastic.

Aboubakar Kamara (RW)

This might be the game for Kamara to get a start for the Cottagers at right wing, since Schurrle is injured.

Aleksandar Mitrovic

Aleksandar Mitrovic (ST)

The Serbian has been in great form this season, scoring important goals, especially at home. Fulham would be hoping that he continues his scoring form and leads them out of the drop zone.
