Predicted Bristol City line-up to face Norwich City in the Championship

Bristol City picked up an important 1-0 victory against Birmingham City in the Premier League last weekend. The Robins have now moved up to 13th place and manager Lee Johnson will be aiming to accumulate a couple of wins in the winter schedule.

The manager will be wary of Norwich City when they visit the Ashton Gate this weekend. The Canaries are on top of the table and have done exceptionally well under manager Daniel Farke this season. Bristol City will need to be up for a strong test at home.

Team News

Bristol City are one of the few clubs that have had no real injury concerns throughout the early stages. Daniel Farke can deploy his strongest squad and go for the kill at home.

Probable Bristol City XI

Manager: Daniel Farke

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Niki Maenpaa (GK)

The goalkeeper has been superb between the sticks and kept a clean sheet last time out. He will surely keep his place.

Eros Pisano (RB)

Pisano has done well defensively and has looked good raiding down the flanks. He will start this game as well.

Tomas Kalas (CB)

Kalas has been very fruitful at the back for Bristol this season. He will surely be a vital cog throughout the campaign.

Adam Webster (CB)

Webster has been an able partner to Kalas at the back and they will continue alongside each other.

Lloyd Kelly (LB)

Kelly picked up a yellow in the last game through some sloppy defending but he has been good overall.

Josh Brownhill

Josh Brownhill (RCM)

Brownhill should sit in the middle of the park and dictate the play for the Robins.

Marlon Pack (LCM)

Pack has done his defensive duties and has shown very good work rate in the midfield as well.

Andreas Weimann (RAM)

After making a superb start, Weimann has lost his scoring form. But the Austrian is still a strong threat going forward.

Jamie Paterson (CAM)

Paterson should continue in central attacking midfield and aim to open up Canaries defence.

Niclas Eliasson (LAM)

Eliasson has been a constant trouble for the defenders with his pace and trickery on the ball. He will continue down the left-hand side of the advanced midfield.
