Predicted Bristol City line-up to face Birmingham City in the Championship

Bristol City were unable to pick up a win against Millwall in the Championship as both teams played out a 1-1 draw. Lee Johnson’s side were fortunate to go ahead via an own goal but they were unable to hold onto their lead.

The manager now turns his attention to Birmingham City this weekend. They are on the back of a win against Preston and will be confident going into this game. Lee Johnson needs to be wary of a number of potent threats.

Team News

Bristol City still have no injury concerns at the moment and have a fully-fit squad. Lee Johnson can deploy his strongest side against Birmingham City and go for the win.

Josh Brownhill (RCM)

His distribution has been fruitful for Bristol City. He should partner Marlon Pack in the middle of the park for this game as well.

Marlon Pack (LCM)

Worked hard in the middle of the park and defended well. He will keep his place in the middle of the park.

Andreas Weimann (RAM)

Wasn’t at his best in the last game but he should continue for this one as well.

Jamie Paterson (CAM)

Needs to show more venom going forward. He has been kept quiet over the last few games.

Niclas Eliasson (LAM)

Has been in very good form and picked up an assist last week. All he needs to do is add goals to his game.
