The news was being reported by the Daily Mail, who added that Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal were alerted by this news, despite the former not too keen on bringing him to England.

Well, as in the case of some players it is best to ignore the age, the Swedish captain scored as many as 19 goals in the league last season and could be a great addition to either side.
