Here are 3 super wingers who can replace Sanchez at Arsenal including Leicester City star

Finding a replacement for star man Alexis Sanchez is not an easy task for Arsenal in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The Chilean left the Gunners for Manchester United in January with Henrikh Mkhitaryan moving in the other direction. While Mkhitaryan has settled down well at the Emirates, there is a big need to sign a player capable of filling the big boots of Sanchez.

Arsene Wenger tried his level best to keep the Chilean star but when it became evident that he wanted to join United, the former Arsenal boss had no other option but to respect the decision. Signing Sanchez’s replacement is an important process that the club cannot afford to miss.

That being said, here are three wingers Arsenal must consider signing in summer.

Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace)

Wilfried Zaha played an instrumental role in firing Crystal Palace to safety this season. With his explosive pace, trickery, dribbling skills and finishing, the Ivorian tore apart defences at will.

Zaha is capable of playing anywhere in attack. The speedy winger has successfully put behind the disappointing spell at Manchester United and has set rebuilt his career.

He is a proven talent in the Premier League and a move to Arsenal would benefit him hugely. Palace would do everything possible to keep hold of their prized asset but if the Gunners come up with a substantial offer, it would be too difficult for the Eagles to decline.

Zaha has all the potential to be an astute signing for the Gunners if the deal materialises.

Lorenzo Insigne (Napoli)

Lorenzo Insigne has formed an excellent partnership with the likes of Dries Mertens, Jose Callejon and Marek Hamsik as Napoli have blown away teams under Maurizio Sarri this season.

Insigne has scored and assisted plenty of goals but it is the way the diminutive Italian has produced the goods that has really caught the eyes. His pace and intricate passing make him very similar to someone like Alexis Sanchez.

The Napoli star is electrically sharp, boasts of excellent balance and is capable of twisting and turning his way into spaces. He adjusts himself so quickly because of his low centre of gravity and takes good positions before firing a shot.

Insigne is undoubtedly a talented player and has enjoyed a fantastic season at Naples. He is entering the peak years of his career and the Italian has all the ingredients to be a big player for the Gunners.

Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City)

A key player in Leicester’s dream title run two seasons ago, Mahrez has established himself as an exciting attacker in the Premier League.

The Algerian is a proven force in the Premier League but had a disappointing 2017/18 season with the Foxes. He started off slowly but gradually picked up the tempo.

The 2016 PFA Player of the Year is blessed with pace, trickery and dribbling skills. Mahrez would be a solid signing for the Gunners but the north London club have to fork out a lot of money to acquire his services.
