Il Tempo has reported that Lazio has given a green signal to the transfer of Felipe Anderson to Manchester United. Surprisingly the newspaper went on to criticize the player calling him slow, sensitive and unable to handle pressure. We are curious to know if the newspaper is hoping for the transfer or trying to stop it.
The player has scored only five goals and assisted thrice this season. In spite of this, Lazio are demanding €50m from United but it is understood that they are willing to listen to a smaller offer.
Juliana Gomes, Anderson’s sister and agent, is also looking to move her brother away from Lazio. It also has been said that several clubs are looking for the player’s signature and Manchester United are leading the line. Given all these circumstances anything can happen for Felipe Anderson this transfer window. While the valuation of player by Lazio seems unrealistic, a smaller amount can definitely be in consideration.
