2. Max Meyer- FC Schalke
This diminutive midfielder has been making waves and turning heads since the 2013-14 season, when the 21 year old bagged six goals in total and created a total of 35 chances in 30 appearances for the Gelsenkirchen based club.
He has been consistent throughout his career, after his breakout in 2013 and has carried on the form of the previous season to this campaign too. He has registered a goal and an assist so far, creating 10 chances, which is sure to improve taking into account his current age, which is 20.
He’s emerged as a target for Liverpool already and is a wide player by trade but is good just behind the striker too. He’s quick, nippy and his intentful passing and creativity is always a real delight to watch.
