German superstar’s agent admits that Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in his client’s services

Mario Gotze’s agent has stated that his client could still be on his way to the Premier League during the current transfer window, with Arsenal and Manchester United interested in acquiring his services. The World Cup winning superstar had said sometime ago that he was not enjoying his football with Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich under Pep Guardiola and was considering a move away from the Allianz Arena.

The 23 year old superstar spent two the last two seasons at Bayern since completing his move from Borussia Dortmund in 2013 and is wanted by a number of big European giants.

However, his agent, Volker Struth, has now confirmed that his agent could be set to leave the Germ giants, with only two years left on his current contract with them.

Gotze’s representative spoke to Tuttosport and said, “Mario has made it clear that his last two seasons have not been idyllic.”

“However, it’s also true that no club has come forward with an offer. Bayern have not ruled out a possible transfer, just as we won’t rule out any possible opportunity, to stay or go abroad.”

“There’s still a long way to go until the end of the transfer window, so anything can still happen.”
