FPL Tips – These 5 cheap options have the potential to make all the difference for Game Week 3

5 cheap FPL options to get into your side immediately

It’s only two game weeks in and Fantasy managers are already trying to get an advantage over others in their mini-leagues and will always be looking for value and differentials.

Here are some assets to get into your side right away to reap rich rewards.

Todd Cantwell – Midfielder (Norwich City)

With ownership of just 3.4%, differentials and FPL bargains don’t come better than this.

All the plaudits will be going to his team-mate Teemu Pukki as managers rush to bring him in but Cantwell’s impressive performances suggest that he’s the perfect player to bring in right away if you want more premium options.

John Lundstram – Defender (Sheffield United)

There’s nothing quite like an out-of-position asset and with 235,435 new owners and price rise, Lundstram’s price is bound to rise higher. Hence, it would be best to get him in right away. He won’t be scoring goals week in and week out but he’s a guaranteed starter now.

Anthony Martial – Midfielder (Manchester United)

The Frenchman only has an ownership of 12.8% and is a steal. Martial’s conversion rate has always been high and as United’s new number 9, he’s going be playing a lot closer to goal with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer throwing all his faith in the Frenchman.

He started the season perfectly with a goal in each game coming from inside the box.

Leandro Trossard – Midfielder (Brighton and Hove Albion)

The Belgian has only got ownership of 0.8% and was outstanding for the Seagulls in pre-season. He made his first start for the club and capped it off with a brilliant goal but was unlucky to have another goal ruled out by VAR.

He’s also priced affordably and should be a shoo-in with Brighton’s favourable fixtures.

Teemu Pukki – Forward (Norwich City)

His ownership has risen massively with over 600,000 new owners already and his price has gone up two places. It’s only going to get higher as the weeks go by because only Manchester City and Liverpool have created more chances in the opening weeks.

With the likes of Cantwell, Buendia, Aarons and Lewis in the side and Norwich’s unflinching attacking philosophy, expect Pukki to score plenty of goals this season.
