Four Players Who Can Take The Premier League By A Storm This Season Featuring Manchester United, Arsenal & Chelsea Stars

The Premier League is all set to resume after the international break this weekend and already the fans are excited. The league has started off in a wonderful fashion with some very high profile transfers and for the first time in many years the English league would be such a star studded affair. All the previous transfer records have been broken and the clubs have brought in players to bolster their squad, spending huge amounts of money. This while there certainly are a number of newcomers on whom our eyes will be glued, today we look at four such players.

Diego Costa:

The current Chelsea striker was a phenomenon at Atletico Madrid last season and we already know why. In the first three games he has already scored four and helped Chelsea to be at the top of the league. Costa is all that a striker should be, precise, neat, powerful and with an excellent sense of positioning. With a midfield comprising of players like Hazard, Fabregas, Oscar and Schurrle, Costa is at an advantageous position and it is a certain that he would score bulk of goals at the end of the season. All our eyes will be glued on him.

The Spanish International was one of the main reasons why Atletico were able to fight till the end as he even started games and scored without 100% fitness. Although Chelsea had a powerful line-up last season, it was always missing something and from what we have seen so far this season, Mourinho has got it absolutely right with Deigo Costa.

Radamel Falcao:

Radamel Falcao

The Colombia striker was the shock transfer of the deadline day. Manchester United got him from Monaco on a loan deal believed to be around £6 million with an option to buy at the end of the season. This is a brilliant scenario for United as now they can decide for themselves at the end of the season that whether Falcao is worth £50 million of their money or not. We do not need to give an introduction of Falcao. He is a proven talent and can rip apart any defences on his day, with the right set of players behind him.

Alexis Sanchez

Barcelona needed money to fund the transfer of Luis Suarez and they decided to sell Sanchez and Fabregas. The Chile International is a world class winger and can also operate as a centre forward. Sanchez has the pace that many other Arsenal players like Walcott and Ox have at the moment and thus he would suit the team perfectly. He is the marquee signing that Arsenal were looking for this season and his signing has established the intent of the club at the beginning of the window. Should be one of the hits of the season.

Angel di Maria

Di Maria was the best player for Real Madrid last season and he was the main reason behind the Galacticos lifting the La Decima. But the transfer of James Rodriguez hampered his prospects and he had to leave the club and move to Manchester United, who paid £59.7 million for his services. Di Maria is in great form at the moment and should be able to continue that moving into the new season in a different club under a new manager. His transfer may prove to be a shrewd business and may rejuvenate the side. What we witnessed during the recently concluded International friendlies, where he scored a wonderful goal and assisted two more against Germany is just a sample of what Di maria is capable of and the reason why Madrid payed big money for Rodriguez when they had Di Maria at their disposal is beyond imaginable.
