The 23 year old midfielder has been a long term target of Arsene Wenger especially after an impressive display in the European Under-21 Championships for Portugal. The sporting midfielder is on the radar of many big clubs across the world, therefore Arsenal will need to dig deep in their pockets, if they are going to get their target next summer. Carvalho is a master at breaking up play and making interceptions, but he also has a turn of pace and has the dribbling ability to skip past players and launch attacks.
