FIFA to Decide De Gea’s Fate, Martial Deal Done? Valdes Staying? Manchester United Transfer Roundup

Manchester United are all set to sign French forward Anthony Martial after the youngster’s club Monaco and United have agreed for a deal and it was also revealed that Martial is in Manchester to complete the medical and sign the deal. Apart from Martial, United are linked with some more names. Here are some of Manchester United‘sTransfer Roundup ahead of the Deadline day.

The transfer saga that went throughout the transfer window came so close to get done on the Transfer deadline day. But due to some technical issues, the deal did not go through. The paperwork was not received by the LFP before the 11pm deadline but United and Real hope the deal can be finalised today. Some reports in Spain suggested United did not send their documentation until 11:01 but those now seem wide of the mark. FIFA will look into the deal today with a possibility it could still go through.

Keylor Navas:

The transfer of Keylor Navas to Manchester united depends on the fate of the verdict of the David de Gea transfer, which is likely to be given in favour of Real Madrid later today. If De Gea moves to Real Madrid, Keylor Navas will go the other way as Manchester United are set to pay around €15m for the Costa Rican International. If De Gea’s move to Madrid is stalled, it is unlikely that Navas will move to United.

Marcos Rojo:

Marcos Rojo’s long-term future with Manchester United is in doubt after he had a serious bust-up with manager Louis van Gaal. It all initiated earlier this summer when Rojo was fined £140,000 after he failed to join up with United for their pre-season tour of North America because of passport issues. Since then, tensions between the pair have been building and it is said that Van Gaal have raised concerns about Rojo’s fitness. It is understood the 25-year-old Argentine has clashed with his manager over the way he has been treated when he was asked to play for the U-21 team.

Victor Valdes:

After some speculations over his future at Manchester United, Spanish Goalkeeper Victor Valdes is all set to stay at Old Trafford after his move to Besiktas was called off earlier this week. But now the former Barcelona goalkeeper has dropped a hint over his future at United made his cover photo a picture of the Manchester United crest and is set to fight for the spot along with Sergio Romero and either David de Gea or Keylor Navas.
