Manchester United have completed the signing of the 16 year old striker Nishan Burkart. The teen will be moving to the Old Trafford from FC Zurich, Zurich President Ancilo Canepa confirmed.
Burkart is considered to be one of the most promising youngsters in Switzerland and thus it is not surprising that Manchester United had to sign the player successfully.
United have been trying to sign the young player since last year itself and to make the transfer further more official a picture of the Burkart with Manchester United assistant coach Ryan Giggs was released.
Manchester United are addressing their problem of lack of strikers by signing the youngster. Although if Jose Mourinho is set to be the next United manager it is doubtful as to whether the teen will see much of the first team football (except from the benches) as Mourinho is known to not have strong faith in young players and is usually in favor of the experienced lot.
