Jose Mourinho was announced to be Manchester United’s new manager last week and the Portuguese manager is already making major changes in the scenario at the Old Trafford.
With massive overhaul to be undertaken this summer, Mourinho has brought in his former teammate Ricardo Formosinho in his backroom staff.
According to the Sun the Formosinho has joined the Red Devils as Mourinho’s technical scout. The duo has worked previously in various outpoints, spending three years at FC Porto a decade ago, which led to the Portuguese giants Champions League victory. The duo has worked together at Real Madrid as well although it was not a happy time for the Portuguese manager.
Mourinho’s backroom staff at the United consists of Silvinho Louro and Rui Faria, who worked with the former Chelsea boss at the Stamford Bridge.
With a massive overhaul to undertake, Formosinho will be tasked with bringing in the new players into the United.
