Done deal: Manchester United Complete Signing Of Defender

Manchester United are believed to have offered young defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson a new contract after his impressive performances in a Red Devils’ shirt this season. The 19 year old has made 8 league appearances this season and has impressed fans and critics alike, showcasing good speed, defensive as well as attacking abilities on either end of the pitch.

The youngster was United’s U-21 player of the season recently. However, having made a number of appearances for the first team, it came as no surprise that he wants more in the top tier of English football.

(My debut) was a dream come true. Just unbelievable. An amazing feeling for me.No nerves, just got straight into the game, that’s my character really. I don’t get nervous. It’s hard to say”, said Borthwick-Jackson. Manchester United are expected to be active in the upcoming transfer window and it remains to be seen if Borthwick-Jackson will remain as a first teamer rather than a squad player come the new season.
