Dan Biggar Career 

Dan Biggar is an experienced fly-half who has won more than 80 caps for Wales and is now playing for Gallagher Premiership side Northampton Saints. He started his Rugby journey at Gorseinon RFC. 

He made his Ospreys debut as an 18-year-old in an EDF Energy Cup semi-final win over Saracens. On 12 September 2008, he made his first Ospreys start in the Magners League game against Glasgow Warriors. Biggar kicked 9 points, including a long-range drop-goal, as the Ospreys ran out 18-2.

In 2012 he became the youngest player to reach 100 Ospreys appearances at just 22 and became the youngest to make 200 aged just 27 in 2007. He also became Ospreys and the Pro 14’s record points scorer with 2203 points before moving to Northampton Saints in 2018. 

He made his Northampton debut against the Ospreys in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2018/2019 season. Biggar went on to win the Premiership Rugby Cup.

 The fly-half made his Wales debut against Canada in 2008 at just 19 years old. His second cap also came against Canada – in Toronto in May 2009. He played in his 50th Test for Wales against Argentina in November 2016. At the end of that 2016-17 season, he was named in the British & Irish Lions squad to tour New Zealand.

After showing some impressive play, he was selected for his second tour for the lions. His first appearance came in SouthAfrica against the Sharks on 10 July 2021. He scored 23 points when Wales famously beat England in the pool stages of the 2015 World Cup.
