Since leaving Stamford Bridge, the midfielder has flourished and turned Wolfsburg into a really good side capable of challenging at the very top of the league. Manchester City have been heavily linked with de Bruyne, while Manchester United are another club who may look at the Belgian this summer. The attacking player has been in great form over the past 12 months, scoring ten times and getting twenty assists in the Bundesliga, while his performances in the Europa League were also very impressive making some question why Chelsea let him leave the club.
He has tons of ability and his attitude has certainly improved over the past 18 months and a move to Manchester City could suit de Bruyne as they are in desperate need of new players. His creativity makes him the perfect signing as he will provide great service to the likes of Sergio Aguero and Wilfried Bony, while he could be devastating in tandem with David Silva.
