Jurgen Klopp is known for taking in players who are just about to hit their prime and getting them to achieve their potential. Thus, it comes as no surprise that while the German is in charge of Liverpool, the club will bid for bright prospects who could become tomorrow’s stars.
According to Croatia’s Tportal, the Reds have submitted a bid of £12.8 million to Dinamo Zagreb for their player Ante Coric. The 19 year old youngster is considered the brightest prospect of Croatia currently . Last season he scored 8 goals and provided 13 assists as Dinamo Zagreb won the title. This feat of the youngster has obviously been noticed by European heavyweights and Manchester City are also reported to be interested in the player.
However Liverpool seemed to be leading the race with a bid for the player as Jurgen Klopp is eager to wrap up his transfers before the beginning of the pre-season tour.
