It has been reported that Marko Grujic is about to sign for Liverpool in the upcoming transfer window. Though there has no official word from Liverpool officials but the report has been confirmed by former Manchester City player Valeri Bojinov.
Bojinov currently is employed with Partizan Belgrade and plays in the same league as Grujic. They recently shared a picture on Instagram and he wished the youngster all the best. He also hoped that the Serbian youngster can become the next Steven Gerrard.
N1, a Serbian news agency, has reported that the players were out clubbing and celebrating about Grujic’s transfer to Liverpool. It was also reported that the duo celebrated till early hours of next day and attracted a lot of attention. Though they play for rival sides they were very friendly. The senior among the two, Bojinov, had a short and unsuccessful spell with Manchester City and probably was giving suggestions to Grujic about adjusting in Premier League.
