Chelsea and Tottenham are set to face each other this weekend on the 13th week of the season, and Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be looking to defeat the leaders at their own pitch, so they’re going to have to play an almost perfect game and get out of that offensive slump they’ve been over the past few weeks.

On the other hand, Conte’s men are going to try to keep momentum on their side while taking the 3 points on this London derby, and since they’ve had the whole week to rest while Tottenham had to travel to Monaco to play for the UEFA Champions League, they have several advantages over the Spurs.

So, let’s take a look at the best 11 guys that’ll definitely be playing this exciting matchup.

Formation – 4-4-2

Goalkeeper – Thibaut Courtois

This one was actually pretty hard to figure out, as Tottenham is the team with fewer goals against this season and Hugo Lloris is a big part of that stat. However, the Belgian youngster is still one of the best keepers in the world, so you should almost always pick him.

Right Back  – Kyle Walker

Walker is having yet another outstanding season at White Hart Lane and it’s become one of the most prolific defenders on both ends of the pitch over the past few years. Total no – brainer to pick him.

Centre Back – David Luiz

Despite being strongly criticised and committing a couple of terrible fouls that should’ve get him ejected, Luiz has been pretty amazing since his return to Stamford Bridge, and that long-range shooting ability secure him a spot here.

Centre Back – Gary Cahill

The veteran has also had a pretty good season and since Toby Alderweireld isn’t completely fit yet since he became injured several weeks ago, we had to go with the England international.

Left Back – Danny Rose

This one was another easy choice, as Rose is still one of the best players on his position in Europe right now and he hasn’t been showing any signs that he’ll be slowing down anytime on the foreseeable future.

Defensive Midfielder – N’Golo Kante

Kante has been one of the most important guys for Antonio Conte and his Chelsea so far this season, and his resemblance with Makelele is getting more and more clearer every time he steps on the pitch.

Midfielder – Dele Alli

Alli has shown great signs of maturity over the past few months and his offensive game just keeps getting better. You’d never guess the age of this lad watching the way he plays and he should be always on the pitch.

Left Winger – Eden Hazard

This one doesn’t even need to be explained, as the Belgian is one of the most talented players in the world and he’s having a terrific season under Antonio Conte, bouncing back from that terrible year he had the past season.

Right Winger – Victor Moses

The former outcast has proven his critics wrong under the Italian boss, finally showing what everyone expected from him when he arrived at Stamford Bridge before being loaned out several times.

Striker – Harry Kane

Kane seems completely recovered from that injury that kept him sidelined for over a month, and he’s always a guy to watch on the offensive end of the pitch, so he definitely deserves a spot on our list.

Striker – Diego Costa

Obviously, you can’t leave the leading goalscorer out of the match, so you have to go ahead and include the polemic Spaniard here. Costa may not be the most friendly guy out here, but the talent is undeniable.
