Chelsea as of now have not signed any new player in their squad, however, this does not mean an absence of transfer speculation regarding the Blues.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a potential signing of Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan this summer. The Blues manager got the first hand chance to watch the playmaker as Italy faced Belgium in the Group E Euro 2016 opener. Currently the Italian boss is waiting for a report from scout Mauro Sandreani.
The Blues are looking to bring in a new central defender in the form of Kalidou Koulibaly, despite having extended Captain John Terry’s contract for another year. The Blues are willing to spend around £24million for the 24 year old player, who is also attracting interest from Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United.
Further, Blues boss Antonio Conte is looking to bring in Gonzalo Higuain into the Stamford Bridge this summer. The player has Chelsea and Liverpool looking to sign him this summer and thus has been offered a new deal worth £100,000a week in his current contract with the club, so as to wade off the interests from the Premier League clubs.
