Chelsea’s 21 year old centre back took to instagram to apologise to Manchester United’s Anthony Martial for the tackle during the match in the Old Trafford last Monday. The French player uploaded his and Martial’s picture in insta along with the apology. The Frenchman further congratulated Marshall for his game on Monday.
The match was 0-0 draw at the Old Trafford. It would have been an interesting match if both the teams had forced themselves or tried hard enough to win but the start itself led the fans expecting a draw. While De Gea’s impressive saves seem to be a career saver for Louis Van Gaal, it will not be enough for the boss to keep his job at Old Trafford.
Chelsea on the other hand was in form with possession and chances. At the end the only thing missing from the game was goals and if that had happened things would have been more interesting.
