It is now being suggested that Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford could return to Stamford Bridge from his loan spell at Crystal Palace, as he is not being offered enough first-team opportunities at the club. The 22-year-old forward has started just one game for the Premier League outfit this term and with the Eagles having a number of talented options up front, the youngster might get more playing time elsewhere.
There must be several clubs in the top flight of English football who could do with a talent like his and one out of those will surely be the Blues themselves. There is no indication where he might be heading to, once he returns to west London, though manager Jose Mourinho might still often him a chance to showcase his talent with the problems that he is facing currently. It still seems that Chelsea might still wait until January before the club sends him out on loan once again.
