Recent reports have suggested that Barcelona could be looking to sign Chelsea discard Juan Cuadrado. However, despite the interest from the Catalan giants, Cuadrado has revealed that he will make the decision with regards to his future only after the Copa America.
The loan move to Juventus worked well for the Colombian as he found playing time while ensuring that Juventus finish as the Champions of Italy. The hierarchy at Juventus believe that they have a Gentleman’s agreement with Chelsea for a deal believed to be in the region of €22 million.
However, with Conte taking over as the manager of Chelsea, there is still hope for Cuadrado to make a mark in English football as he could be deployed in the wing-back position, a position he flourished in at Fiorentina.
As of now, there does not seem to be anything concrete regarding the player’s future, however the decision will surely be worth the wait.
