Tierney has a contract that ties him up until May 2023 and hasn’t shown any signs of leaving the Hoops. The youngster is one of the best players in the Premiership.

The 21-year-old has represented the Scottish club 96 times in the Premiership and broke out to the Scotland national team back in 2016.

The fullback has made 32 appearances across all competitions this season and provided four assists.

Tierney has been cited as the replacement for Ben Chilwell at Leicester who is wanted by Manchester City (h/t Scotsman).

On the other hand, the Gunners are devoid of quality left-back options believe the Scottish youngster is their long term solution.
