Celtic FC News: Brendan Rodgers of Celtic is confident ahead of the Europa League clash against Valencia while speaking to the club’s website (h/t Sky Sports).

Following the defeat, Rodgers admitted the poor display from his side and said the Hoops paid for their mistakes.
Now with the second leg in the horizon, the Hoops manager is confident of playing at the Mestalla.

“The first goal in this game will be important”
“If we can get the first goal in the game, we don’t need to go flying in after that. We just need to settle ourselves into the game and find our confidence.”
The manager added that the Hoops should enter the game with confidence regardless of the difficulties the Spanish side could impose.
