Predicted 5-4-1 Swansea City Lineup To Face Everton At Liberty Stadium
Swansea City were all but done midway through this season but scripted a sensational comeback since appointing Carlos Carvalhal as their new manager.
The Portuguese tactician guided the Swans to come out of the drop zone for the time being but a congested bottom half has not assured a survival as of now.
Swansea, currently 15th in the league standings, are only four points clear of a relegation slot. Therefore, they need to grab at least two wins in the six remaining fixtures.
The clash against Everton at Liberty Stadium will be a great opportunity for Carvalhal’s men to further ensure an escape ahead of subsequent difficult outings versus Manchester City and Chelsea followed by a couple of decisive encounters against fellow relegation strugglers Southampton and Stoke City.

He has been the Swans’ No.1 since joining from Arsenal and has established himself as one of league’s finest in recent years.
Kyle Naughton (RB)
Naughton was having a disastrous run earlier this season but improved immensely after Carvalhal’s appointment and is now showing defensive composure as well as attacking intent.
Kyle Bartley (RCB)
A loan spell at Leeds United last season helped him to flourish in central defence but he’s failed to have enough first-team opportunities since his summer return. An injury to van der Hoorn might see him get recalled.
Federico Fernandez (CB)
The Argentine has appeared regularly in the Swansea defence and should take charge of their defensive line once more when they host Everton at Liberty Stadium.
Alfie Mawson (LCB)
Although inconsistent at times, the 24-year-old is indeed a bright prospect and has already drawn the attention of several big guns of the league following his towering displays in central defence.
Martin Olsson (LB)
Had a knock last week but is likely to recover prior to the Everton game. He will explore the left flank with his trademark overlaps and crosses.
Andy King (CM)
The Leicester City loanee completed a winter move in search of regular minutes and has done a decent job so far by bringing back stability in the middle of the park.
Ki Sung-Yeung (CM)
The South Korean not only controls the game from midfield but also contributes to goals. He has been instrumental in Swansea’s late resurgence and would be determined to continue the same until the end of the campaign.
Andre Ayew (RM)
Was brought back from West Ham United this winter. Similar to his previous stint, the Ghanaian has made another positive impact on their survival race. He, along with brother Jordan, has formed a lethal attacking force and has fit in properly in Carvalhal’s system.
Sam Clucas (LM)
Clucas had a slow start but picked it up later on and has settled in well down the left flank.
Jordan Ayew (ST)
The in-form forward is back after serving a suspension and is now set to resume his impressive run for the rest of the campaign.
