If reports from the Daily Star are to be believed, then Manchester United have been offered world class play maker James Rodriguez by Real Madrid for a fee believed to be in the region of £ 60 Million. While there are no doubts with regards to the Colombian’s talent, Rodriguez has had limited opportunities in the first team especially with the BBC of Spanish football firing on all cylinders. Rodriguez has been subject of number press conferences over the last few days and it seems likely that he will leave Spain for England in the coming summer for more first team football.
Manchester United, on the other hand, are expected to be busy in the transfer market in a bid to add more quality to the side. The mighty Manchester club have virtually missed out on Champions League football for the next season and will be keen to be back amongst the English elite in order to stary out of footballing obscurity and Rodriguez seems like the kind of player who could add a lot of firepower to the side.
