With Walcott being the latest player to hit the injury table, Arsenal need to buy a striker in January to help them in their title chase.

Arsenal are now linked with few strikers in the market and Porto target man Jackson Martinez  is one of them.

The Colombian international gave a “come and get me plea” to Arsenal after  openly admitting his admiration for the club and it’s philosophy.

According to Metro,

Jackson Martinez said,

“I cheered for Arsenal when I was a kid – I love their style of play.”

“It’s flowing and open with a lot of first touch passes. It would be suitable for a player like me.”

“If I get a chance to play for a high level club like Arsenal I wouldn’t hesitate to accept it.”
