Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic has been on the news for some time now, as he looks to leave the Blues in the summer.
According to the Express Sport, Jose Mourinho has set his eyes on his key player during Chelsea’s winning campaign during 2014/2015 season. The Portuguese manager has been provided with £200million transfer budget for the summer.
Reports suggest that Mourinho already has his eyes set upon the players he would like to sign in the summer, which include names like John Stones, Raphael Varane and James Rodriguez.
As such apparently United are preparing a bid worth £19.5m for Matic. However, they are set to face competition from Juventus who are said to have already held talks with the Serbian midfielder.
According to reports, Chelsea, however, may accept nothing less than £25m for the 27 year old player whose contract with the Blues is set to expire in 2019.
