Manchester United have joined the race to sign N’Golo Kante from Leicester City this summer, and further the Red Devils are ready to activate the player’s release clause with regards to the same.
Manchester United new boss Jose Mourinho wants to bring Kante into the squad so as to bolster United’s midfield and thus he is ready to make an offer for the player.
Kante saw his career take off this season, helping Leicester City win the Premier League title and also being included in the France National team starting XI at Euro 2016.
United are also looking to sign Juventus star and Kante’s compatriot Paul Pogba this summer, however, if the Red Devils are not able to sign the Juventus player, they will be happier to sign Kante who currently earns £40,000 a week at Leicester City.
After a dismal season a slow style of play, if the Red Devils do manage to sign the player then Kante will be a welcome addition in the squad who may bring the much needed pace into the Old Trafford.
