The Paul Pogba saga looks to be coming to an end, at least as per Il Tempo, an Italian newspaper.
According to the report from the publication, the 23-year-old world class midfielder is set to arrive in Manchester on Thursday to complete a medical. With a fee agreed for £112 million for the French international, the news says that Manchester United has beaten Real Madrid to secure the signature of the superstar.
The versatile midfielder left Manchester United in 2012 after a lack of first-team football and now will make a return to his boyhood club as a grown player for a world record transfer fee. The player was in the USA and has just returned to Europe and as per the reports, the deal will be completed soon.
Manchester United has already signed Bailly, Mkhitaryan, and Ibrahimovic. Paul Pogba will be their fourth signing and should complete the “primary target” of Jose Mourinho as mentioned by the Portuguese manager.
