Blow For Tottenham As Jose Mourniho Is Looking To Steal Striker Target For Manchester United

Manchester United is looking to sign AZ Alkmaar striker Vincent Janssen this summer, according to the reports from the Dutch media, who further claim that Janssen is looking for a move out of his current club after an excellent season at the Erendivisie club.

Reports suggest that United have inquired regarding the player’s availability this summer, as Jose Mourinho plans to boost his attacking options this summer for the Red Devils.

However, United will be facing tough competition from Tottenham, who have made Janssen their priority transfer target so as to reduce the burden on Harry Kane and Wolfsburg, who are leading the race along with the Spurs. Reports further claim that both the clubs will be left behind if United join the race to sign the player.

Further Tottenham have already offered a bid of £12m ($17m) for the player, but they are yet to discuss the terms, however AZ Alkmaar, denied that an offer was made.
