In the recent Premier League match where Manchester City beat Sunderland, Joe Hart’s omission was very conspicuous and there have been a lot of talk in the media about the England international’s future.
In a shocking turn off even Liverpool are in a battle to sign Hart from Manchester City according to Telegraph. The player’s future was thrown into further question when he was not selected as the first choice against Steaua Bucharest as well. Liverpool currently have Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius in that position but Jurgen Klopp is said to be looking to add more depth to the goalkeeping position.
Everton are also said to be interested in signing Hart from City but neither clubs have bid for the player yet. With the transfer window open for another 12-13 days, we can expect the competition for the England no. 1 to be heating up in the coming days.
