Breaking: Liverpool All Set To Launch A £4m Bid For Their Long Term Target This Week

With Alberto Moreno failing to prove his worth to the German manager Jurgen Klopp, it is reported that Liverpool are in the market to buy a left back to replace the Spaniard.

Recently, the vice president of Lorient FC revealed that Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund have made an offer for their left back Raphael Guerreiro and it looks like the German side will win the battle of the transfer.

To cover the situation, Squawka reports that Liverpool will make a formal offer of £4for their long term target Ben Chilwell this week. The 19-year-old defender is yet to a Premier League appearance for the Foxes, but has appeared in domestic games for the Blues.

Reports suggest that Arsenal made a £5m for the defender in January, but the Foxes rejected. Liverpool will be facing a competition with their fellow English sides Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea. It is difficult to say whether the 19-year-old will get many Premier League appearances under Klopp as he hasn’t been tested in the Premier League before.
