It has been a while since Gonzalo Higuain has been linked with a potential move to the Reds this summer and the Reds are reportedly close to signing the player.
According to Bein Sport, Liverpool are close to complete the deal to bring in Higuain into the squad and will be wrapping up the deal very soon.
Higuain is considered to be one of the best attackers in Europe and has 36 goals to his credit for Napoli this season, leading the club to Champions League football. However, the Reds fans are slightly skeptical regarding the player’s move to the Reds.
But the question still remains as to why would the player want to leave Champions League football to come and play for the Anfield and earlier too Higuain has been linked with a move to Arsenal for the last three years and no such move came through, thus the Reds fans are skeptical regarding the deal which seems too good to be true.
