Jose Mourinho was sacked by Chelsea in December due to a dismal season by the blues and for the club it has been one of the best decisions to do so. Currently, the manager has been linked with a move to Manchester United as a replacement for Louis Van Gaal.
While many believe that the deal is done between the Portuguese manager and the Red Devils, there are still few who believe that United are still in the lookout for a manager and Jose Mourinho is still clubless.
The same was stated by the Portuguese manager in a press conference during his trip to Singapore. Mourinho stated that he would love it if he started the next season with a club to back for, and as such he did say that United still need to let go Van Gaal before the start of the next season.
As such the happenings around the world indicate that the Portuguese manager is set for a move to Manchester United as he goes round the world looking for players to manage next season, he did state the following:
“Starting next season with a new club would be the best thing. Every day I read new things…the reality is right now I have no job.”– Jose Mourinho
