Last time when a helicopter landed at Old Trafford, the fans witnessed the signing of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Prior to that Juan Mata arrived on a helicopter in 2014 and we can definitely understand the fans excitement when a private helicopter was spotted landing at Old Trafford.
The widely accepted expectation is that Paul Pogba was inside the helicopter as there are various reports, signs and (ahem!) omen that signals tot he Frenchman’s imminent signing. The 23-year-old Juventus player is likely to smash the world record fee and move back to Manchester United this summer while Jose Mourinho is eyeing nothing but the Premier League title in his first season in charge.
The French international left Old Trafford in 2012 due to lack of first team football but has recently called Manchester United as “first family”. The fans will surely be excited to see Pogba at Old Trafford playing in the Red Devils’ jersey again.
