Diego Costa has often been linked with a potential move to his former club Atletico Madrid and recently the player was spotted visiting the Vincente Calderon stadium.
While this was first reported by the Spanish media who could have made up a lot of stuffs, however, there is a different explanation for the same.
According to the newspaper Costa was visiting his bank agency which is located within the Atletico Madrid stadium compound. He was there to deal with the agency which holds his bank account and not to make a deal regarding moving back to Atletico Madrid.
While many believe that Costa is not able to ‘forget his ex’ (that is Atletico Madrid), he did not pay a visit to the Director’s offices. Although there are claims that the player is in contact with the club officials and still wants to move back to Atletico.
Chelsea on the other hand does not want to discuss Costa’s move from the club as incoming manager Antonio Conte has high expectations from the player.
