Italian sources have confirmed that English champions are trying to rope in Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba as they try to convince the player through his entourage over a potential deal. The 22-year old French International has been a target of several European clubs after an impressive year with the Old Lady and the France national team.
However, only a few can match his salary demands of over €10m a season as well as a 20% fee requested on any future resale. If Roman Abramovich and Jose Mourinho does decide to go for the midfielder, Pogba could form a lethal partnership with Matic in the middle of the park.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Manchester City have all been heavily linked with the youngster, and if he decides to move the Juventus star will be one of the most expensive footballers of all time.
