Spanish source Sport.es earlier revealed that Arsenal have agreed personnel terms with Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain and negotiations between the two clubs are on going. Now the latest reports suggest that advanced talks are going on at the moment and Higuain is set to sign for Arsenal in next two weeks.
Arsenal’s initial bid was rumored to be around £18.6m but Real Madrid want around £22m for the 25 year old left foot striker.
Higuain has struggled to get in to Real Madrid’s starting eleven mostly losing out his place to French star Karim Benzema. So a move away from Spain would be beneficial for Higuain’s career.
With the exit of Robin van Persie last season, Arsenal fans are dying to see top replacement who is as free scoring as RVP.
