Barcelona’s Copa Del Rey Dream In Jeopardy

10 Men Malaga held Barcelona to 2-2 draw at the camp Nou in the Copa Del Rey Quarterfinals last night. Ignacio Camacho surprised everyone with a late leveller in the 90th minute. There is still a second leg to be played but Malaga will be happy to head home with two away goals.

 

Barcelona dominated the game in the early minutes but it was Malaga to get the breakthrough in the 26th minute. Lionel Messi equalized for barca in the 29 mintute followed by a headed goal by the captain Carlos Puyol in the 30th minute to put Barcelona on the driving seat but late on Camacho struck to leave the visitors with the advantage for the second leg to be played in 6 days time.

In the second leg Malaga will have to be on top of their game to stop the Cataland from geting a result. It will not be an easy task to resist Barca’s attacking play in the second leg as the match could feature Xavi, Febregas, Pedro and Pique who were all absent in the first leg. But still there are some chances that Malaga could hold barca at 0-0 , 1-1 or to get over them any how but for Malaga it will be a dream come true.

Manuel pellegrini, Malaga coach shoul keep in mind that hurted lion is dangerous but harted Barcelona is even more dangerous than that.
